复合片切削刃的工作机理

【摘要】 硬质合金-金刚石复合片在弹-塑性岩石(大理岩、石灰岩、砂岩)中的工作机理与孕镶金刚石钻头的工作机理有着本质性的区别。根据硬质合金-金刚石复合片在切削过程中的受力作用,研究了复合片切削刃的工作机理,并将理论计算与实验数据进行了对比。结果表明,在一定范围内,机械速度随着复合片切入岩石深度的增大而增大,而切入岩石的深度主要取决于复合片受到的轴向载荷及切削角等参数,且随着转速或轴向载荷增加,动荷系数B应取较小的值。分析结果有助于设计金刚石切削具和钻进参数。

【Abstract】 There are intrinsic difference of work mechanism between diamond compact bit and impregnated dia-mond bit.The work mechanism of diamond compact was theoretically researched,on the basis of the force on dia-mond compact during the cutting course,then the results of theory calculation and experiment data were juxtaposed.The results showed that within a certain range,the mechanical speed increases with the cutting depth of PDC in rock,while the depth of cut depends on the rock by the PDC cutting angle of the axial load and other parameters.And with the increase in speed or axial load,dynamic load coefficient B should take smaller values,so the design of diamond cutting tools and of the drilling parameters will be promoted through the results analysis.
