【摘要】 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断房间隔膨胀瘤(ASA)的诊断价值和临床意义。方法:应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对36例ASA患者进行多切面检查,对ASA基底部宽度、最大膨出深度、膨出方向、瘤体内有无血栓以及有无合并房间隔缺损、流出道梗阻等其他心脏疾病的情况进行观察,探讨其诊断要点,提高其超声诊断和鉴别诊断价值。结果:根据彩色多普勒超声心动图特征对于36例ASA全部做出正确诊断,声像图均清晰显示房间隔中部卵圆窝处变薄,其中25例膨向右房侧,5例膨向左房侧,6例于左右房之间往返。成人:膨出度>10mm,基底部>15mm。小儿:膨出度>25%左房或右房横径。结论:彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断ASA为临床的诊断和治疗提供可靠的根据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the diagnosis value and clinical significance of the color Doppler echocardiography in detecting atrial septal aneurysm(ASA). Methods:Thirty-six patients with ASA were diagnosed by color Doppler echocardiography with mutiple plane view.The following parameters were measured:the width of basal part,maximal excursion or protrusion beyond the plane of the atrial septum,direction of protrusion,presence of theombi attaching to the wall,atrial septal defect,outflow tract obstruction and other structural abnormalities associated with ASA to discuss the diagnostic points,and improve its ultrasound diagnosis and differential diagnosis value. Results:Thirty-six cases were accurately diagnosed by imaging character of CDE.The features of CDE imaging in ASA is obvious.All the echocardiographic clearly showed a thinning part in the middle of the interatrialseptum known as fossa ovalis.Among them 25 cases projected toward to right atrium,5 cases projected to left atrium and 6 cases in a round trip between left and right atrium.Adult: during degrees > 10mm,basal parts > 15mm.children:surfaces degrees > 25% left atrial or right atrial horizontal diameter. Conclusion:The diagnosis of ASA with CDE may provide a reliable basis for clinical diagosis and treatment.更多还原
