【Abstract】 The Fifth Plenum of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC) re-emphasized the party’s mass line and the strengthening and improvement of mass work under new situation,which highlights the extreme importance of doing mass work.Along with the reform and opening up and the profound economic and social changes,the CPC’s mass base has undergone a profound change.The mass work of the party faces unprecedented challenges.Studying the new features,new changes of the party’s mass base and new requirements on mass work and exploring new methods,new mechanisms and new way to do mass work will help the Party’s mass work to be more targeted and effective.更多还原
