【摘要】 目的:观察央芪膏外敷配合高频热疗对原发性肝癌患者的临床疗效。方法:36例确诊为原发性肝癌患者随机分为对照组(单纯高频热疗组)18例、治疗组(央芪膏外敷配合高频热疗组)18例,连续治疗30天后,观察两组患者的近期疗效、生活质量、疼痛、甲胎蛋白(AFP)的变化等。结果:央芪膏外敷配合高频热疗较单纯高频热疗能显著提高患者的近期疗效、生活质量、明显减轻疼痛、降低肿瘤标志物AFP的水平。结论:央芪膏配合高频热疗产生了协同增敏的作用,疗效确切,可作为一种新治疗方案为原发性肝癌患者所应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to observe the effect of Yang Qi Gao plus high frequency thermotherapy in treating patients with Primary hepatic carcinoma.Methods:36 patients with confirmed diagnosis of Primary hepatic carcinoma were selected and randomly divided into two groups:18 patients in the control group with high frequency thermotherapy alone,18 patients in the treated group were administered with Yang Qi Gao plus high frequency thermotherapy.After 30 days,two groups were observed with short-term effect、quality of life、pain、changes in AFP and other projects.Results:The effective rates and the disease control rates in the treated group were superior to those in the control group.As well as improved the QOL、decreased pain and levels of tumor marks(AFP).Conclusion:Yang Qi Gao plus high frequency thermotherapy plays a synergistic role and can be used as a new treatment to patients with Primary hepatic carcinoma.更多还原
