【摘要】 目的探讨动态心电图在老年性心律失常中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析1358例老年患者24h动态心电图的资料。结果 1358例患者共检出心律失常3011例次,房性心律失常最多见(58.26%),其次是室性心律失常(29.36%)、窦性心动过缓(3.82%)。结论老年性心律失常的发生率随着年龄的增长明显增高。动态心电图对老年性心律失常的检出率高,方便经济。应对60岁以上的老人尽早常规做24h动态心电图检查。尽早发现心律失常,明确其严重程度,减少老年患者猝死的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the dynamic electrocardiogram application in the diagnosis of arrhythmias in elderly patients.Methods Reciew the data of 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram in 1358 elderly patients.Results 3011 times with arrhythmias was found in 1358 patients,and atrial arrhythmia was the most common cases(58.26%),followed by ventricular arrhythmia(29.36%) and then by sinus bradycardia(3.82%).Conclusions The rate of dynamic electrocardiogram in elderly patients increased obviously with the increasing of the patients’s age.Dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of arrhythmias in elderly patients has such advantages as high detection rate,convenient and economical.So conventional examination of 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram should be taken above 60 years old as soon as possible to find arrhythmias,clear severity degree,and decrease sudden death in elderly patients.更多还原
