【摘要】 目的:比较奥氮平与齐拉西酮对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法:将68例精神分裂症患者随机分为2组,各34例,分别采用奥氮平和齐拉西酮治疗8周,分别于治疗前及治疗2、4、6、8周采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效,用治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定不良反应,用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)于治疗前和治疗8周评定生活质量。结果:两组间PANSS总分相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。生活质量综合评定问卷评分两组除物质生活维度无显著变化外,躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能维度分均较治疗前有显著性提高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组间评分比较差异无统计学意义。结论:奥氮平和齐拉西酮均能提高精神分裂症患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate influence of Olanzapine and Ziprasidone on quality of life in patients with schizophrenia.Method:A total of 68 patients with schizophrenia were randomly assigned into olanzapine group(n=34) and ziprasidone group(n=34) for the treatment of 8 weeks.The positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS) was used to evaluated the efficacy,and the treatment emergent symptoms scale(TESS) was used to assess the side effects,generic quality of life inventory(GQOLI-74)were used to evaluate efficacy and quality of life.Results:The two groups showed no significant statistical differences on PANSS and GQOLI-74 score reduction through the treatment.(P>0.05).Both of ziprasidone and olanzapine could improve the mental symptoms and life quality of schizophrenics.Conclusion:Both olanzapine and ziprasidone could improve the life quality of patients with schizophrenia.更多还原
