【摘要】 目的:探讨血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平与抑郁症患者自杀行为之间的关系。方法:采用酶联吸附反应方法对有自杀行为的21例抑郁症患者(自杀组)、无自杀行为的52例抑郁症患者(非自杀组)以及80例正常人(对照组)血清的BDNF进行检测,应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对抑郁症患者的抑郁症状进行评定。结果:抑郁症患者组(自杀组+非自杀组)的血清BDNF水平显著低于对照组的血清BDNF水平(t=5.22,P<0.001)。抑郁症患者自杀组的血清BDNF水平显著低于非自杀组血清BDNF水平(t=2.25,P<0.05)。结论:抑郁症患者可能存在血清BDNF下降,血清BDNF的显著降低可能与抑郁症患者的自杀行为有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between the suicidal behavior in depressive patients and the serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) levels.Method:The serum BDNF levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 21 depressive patients with suicidal behavior(suicide group),52 depressive patients without suicidal behavior(non suicide group)and 80 normal controls(control group).The Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD) was used to assess the depressive symptom.Results:The serum BDNF levels in depressive patients(with suicidal behavior and without suicidal behavior) were significantly lower than the levels in the normal controls(t=5.22,P<0.001).The serum BDNF levels in depressive patients with suicidal behavior were significantly lower than the levels in depressive patients without suicidal behavior(t=2.25,P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum BDNF levels in depressive patients may decrease.The reduction of serum BDNF level may be related to suicidal behavior in depressive patients.更多还原
