连铸HRB400钢中心缩孔的成因与对策

【摘要】 分析了钢液成分、过热度及二次冷却对HRB400钢连铸过程中缩孔形成的影响,并通过跟踪实际生产来分析导致HRB400产生缩孔的原因。结果表明,由于HRB400钢的成分特征使得在凝固过程中柱状晶发达,钢液粘稠,在此情况下使得在凝固末期补缩困难,是导致缩孔形成的主要原因。在此基础上提出了相应的解决策略,取得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the influence of the liquid steel composition,superheat and the secondary cooling on central pipe of HRB400 steel during the continuous casting process,and analyzes the reasons that lead to the central pipe by tracking the actual production.The results show that,columnar grain developed highly and liquid steel is ropiness due to the characteristics of HRB400 liquid steel composition during solidification.In this case,difficult liquid impenetrable at the end of solidification is the main reason leading to the formation of central pipe.On this basis,some solutions are putting forward to the corresponding strategies,and achieved good results.
