基于DEA模型的科技资源配置效率分析
Analysis on Scientific and Technical Resource Allocation Efficiency Based on Data Envelopment Model
【摘要】 优化科技资源的配置以提高科技活动的投入产出效率正在成为备受关注的问题。应用DEA方法,对A地区45家重点企业以及8大主导产业的科技资源配置效率进行了评价,数据分析结果表明,有超过半数的企业科技资源投入产出效率未达到DEA有效,8大主导产业中有两个产业未达到DEA有效。分析了非DEA有效的企业以及行业效率低下的原因,并以评价结果为依据提出了改进的方向与措施。
【Abstract】 It has become a more and more concerned issue of optimizing the scientific & technical(S&T) resources configuration to improve its input-output efficiency.By applying Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) model,the thesis evaluates the S&T resources allocation efficiency of 45 major enterprises and 8 leading industries of region A.The result shows that over half enterprises don’t reach S&T input-output efficiency in a DEA analysis,and 2 of the 8 leading industries didn’t reach efficiency.The thesis analyzes the reasons of inefficiency enterprises and industries,and brings forward the improving strategy based on the evaluation result accordingly.
