【Abstract】 This article is the correlation analysis of the involved factors in the industry in Dongguan city based on the local background of industries and human resources by employing system dynamics method.It shows the theoretical guidance for industrial upgrading by the way of exploring the double transfer system environment in Guangdong province and analyzes current industry development in Dongguan city.Through the analysis of vensim software,we can find the key factors for the industry updating in Dongguan city.更多还原
