聚合硫酸铁的制备工艺改进

【摘要】 采用过氧化氢作为氧化剂制备聚合硫酸铁,探讨了硫酸用量、过氧化氢用量、反应温度这三个反应条件对产品各项质量指标的影响。结果表明,当硫酸与硫酸亚铁的摩尔比在0.31～0.41之间,过氧化氢与硫酸亚铁的摩尔比为2∶1,反应温度控制在20～35℃之间,制备所得的聚合硫酸铁的各项质量指标均符合国家标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant preparation of PFS,of the amount of sulfuric acid,hydrogen peroxide,reaction temperature and time that the four reaction conditions on product quality indicators.The reasults show that when the sulfuric acid and ferrous molar ratio of 0.31 to 0.41,hydrogen peroxide and ferrous sulfate molar ratio of 2:1,reaction temperature between 20～35 ℃,the preparation of the PFS from the quality indicators are in line with national standards.更多还原
