【摘要】 目的提高产妇安颗粒的质量标准。方法采用TLC法定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定有效成分含量。结果 TLC色谱能明显检出当归、川芎,阴性对照无干扰;当归、川芎中阿魏酸含量在0.0168～0.1344μg范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为1.24%。结论本方法结果可靠、准确,专属性强,重现性好,可用于该制剂质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve a quality standard for Chanfu’an Granules.Methods Chanfu’an Granules was identified by TLC,the effective components in Chanfu’an Granules were determined by HPLC.Results The relevent spots in Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Chuanxiong Rhizoma can be identified by TLC.The linearity of Ferulic acid was good in the range of 0.016 8～0.134 4 μg,the average recovery of Ferulic acid was 98.9% with RSD of 1.24%.Conclusion The establisted method is simple,feasible and repeatable,and can be used for quality control of Chanfu’an Granules.更多还原
