【摘要】 目的分析过氟化碳液体在玻璃体切除术中的应用价值,以提高孔源性视网膜脱离的手术成功率。方法回顾性分析孔源性视网膜脱离58只眼在玻璃体切除术中应用过氟化碳液体的临床效果及并发症。结果 58只眼中,术后视网膜一次复位53只眼(91.38%),其余5只眼中有4只眼分别2～3次手术后复位,有一只眼二次术后视网膜仍未复位,患者放弃治疗。术后视力>0.1者53只眼(91.38%)。58只眼中,有1只眼(1.72%)术中过氟化碳液体进入视网膜下,予后极部造孔吸出并光凝封孔。术后1只眼(无晶体眼)残留少量过氟化碳液体。结论过氟化碳液体在孔源性视网膜脱离的玻璃体切除术中是有利于玻璃体手术操作的重要辅助工具,使用后无严重并发症发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of the application of perfluorocarbon liquid(PFCL) to the procedure of vitrectomy in order to increase the curing rate of successful rhegmatogenous detachment of retina.Methods The clinical effect and application and complications of the application of perfluorocarbon liquids during the procedure of vitrectomy for 58 eyes with rhegmatogenous detachment of retina was retrospectively analysed.Results The retina was reattached to 53 of 58 eyes(91.38 %).The retina was reattached to 4 of the rest 5 eyes after two to three reoperations.One patient gave up the treatment because of the failure of the reoperation.The postoperative visual acuity was above 0.1 in 53 eyes(91.38%).During surgery,perfluorocarbon entered into subretinal space and was removed immediately in 1 of 58 eyes(1.72%).Postoperatively,a small portion of residual perfluorocarbon liquid was observed in 1 eye(aphakic eye).Conclusions PFCL is considered to be a useful adjunct during the procedure of vitrectomy for the treatment of rhegmatogenous detachment of retina,and no severer complication was detected.更多还原
