白花蛇舌草对阿霉素增效减毒作用的实验研究

【摘要】 目的探讨白花蛇舌草对阿霉素(ADM)的增效减毒作用。方法建立S180荷瘤鼠模型后,随机分为4组,荷瘤对照组、ADM组、白花蛇舌草(高、中剂量)+ADM组,每组10只。造模次日开始给药,共13天,停药次日处死,观察瘤重、肿瘤抑制率、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性、T淋巴细胞增殖能力、心肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)水平的变化。结果白花蛇舌草高剂量联合ADM组肿瘤生长明显低于ADM组;与ADM组相比,白花蛇舌草治疗组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、T淋巴细胞增殖能力和NK细胞活性明显升高;与ADM组相比,白花蛇舌草高、中剂量治疗组心肌SOD活力升高,MDA含量下降。结论白花蛇舌草可增加ADM的抑瘤效果,提高机体免疫功能,降低ADM的心脏毒性。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the synergistic and attenuated effects of Baihuasheshecao(Herba Hedyotis Diffusa) on adriamycin(ADM).Methods After the establishment of model of mouse bearing S180 sarcoma,all mice were randomly divided into the control group,ADM group,Baihuasheshecao group 1(high-dose LD+ADM) and Baihuasheshecao group 2(mid-dose LD+ADM,each n=10).The relevant medicinal were given to different groups respectively for 13 days one day after the model establishment and the mice were killed one day after medicinal administration was stopped.The changes of tumor weight,tumor inhibitive rate,phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophage,activity of natural kill(NK) cells,proliferation of T lymphocytes,activity of myocardial superoxide dismutase(SOD) and level of malondialdehyde(MDA) were observed.Results In Baihuasheshecao group 1 the growth of S180 sarcoma was slower significantly than that in ADM group.Compared with ADM group,the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophage,proliferation of T lymthocytes and activity of NK cells increased significantly in Baihuasheshecao group 1 and 2.Compared with ADM group,SOD activity increased and MDA level decreased in Baihuasheshecao group 1 and 2.Conclusion Baihuasheshecao can promote the tumor inhibitive effect of ADM,reduce its cardiac toxicity,and improve the body immunity.
