基于水槽液位控制系统的控制方法

【摘要】 从系统的组成、算法研究、软件设计、系统调试4个方面对水槽液位控制系统进行了详细的设计与阐述。系统组成从水槽液位控制系统出发,从总体上对水槽液位控制系统的硬件结构、各种对象的选择、系统连线等进行了全面设计。上位机通过TwinCAT软件设计出适合于水槽水位控制的最佳程序,其中,最关键的部分是PID控制算法的设计。对常规PID算法进行了深入研究,并且对参数整定进行了详细介绍。同时针对常规PID算法存在的不能根据被控对象参数的变化作出动态调整的缺陷,又设计出了参数自整定模糊控制器。最后对设计好的系统进行调试、监控,获得满意的动态、静态特性和人机界面。

【Abstract】 This thesis is from the compose of the system,research of the arithmetic,software design,adjust of the system to design and elaborate the tank level control the system.The compose of the system is set out from the sink liquid control system,from collectivity to design the sink liquid control system of hardware structure,choice of various object system connected.The epigyny machine pass the TwinCAT software to design suitable for sink water level control of the best procedure,among them the most important part is the design.of the PID control arithmetic.This thesis carried on to the thorough research of the normal regulations PID arithmetic,and to introduce the way of the parameter settings.Aim at normal regulations PID arithmetic exist the blemish of when the controled object parameter have changed it can’t according to that change to make a dynamic state’s adjustment,it designed a parameter selfsettings controller again.At the end,aim at the designed good system,it debug and supervision the system,in order to acquire the satisfaction of dynamic characteristic,static characteristic and man-machine interface.
