【摘要】 在县域教育政策研究中,执行研究具有核心地位,这不仅由我国教育行政管理体制而且由教育政策制定的不同层次类型所决定,体现为"自上而下"的研究路径。依据研究内容的不同,已有的执行模式研究分为不同层次政府之间的关系框架、执行的影响因素框架、利益冲突与妥协框架和多元框架四种类型。这些模式类型为我国县域教育政策执行研究提供了重要的借鉴价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Implementation lies in the core of the study on educational policy at the county level,which is decided not only by the educational administration system in our country,but also by the different types and levels of educational policy-making,mainly the top-down research approach.According to the content of policy implementation,the research of implementation model can be divided into four types between governments at different levels: the relationship framework,framework of influencing factors of implementation,framework of interest conflict and compromise,and the multiple framework.These frameworks can be used for reference for us to study the educational policy implementation at the county level.更多还原
