冷冲模具开裂原因分析

【摘要】 针对某厂生产的9SiCr冷作模具钢冲头未经使用就发生开裂的问题,对模具裂纹和断口进行了宏观和微观检查,对材料的化学成分,金相组织与缺陷及材料的硬度进行了全面检验。结合锻造和热处理工艺及检验结果,分析得淬出火,过程中的热应力与组织应力的共同作用是模具开裂的直接原因;模具材料锻造不充分和成分不完全合格也是模具冲头开裂失效的原因。

【Abstract】 A cold-work punching die made of 9SiCr in a factory was cracked before using it.Careful observation on fracture surface wasconducted by magnifying glass and microscope.Some inspections for the material including chemical composition,metallographicexamination and hardness test were also performed.From examination results combined with the forging and heat treatment process.It isconcluded that the thermal stress and phase transformation stress produced in the quenching process are primarily responsible for the failureof punching die,and insufficient forging and unqualified material composition are other reason for the failue.
