P110钢级套管探伤合格率偏低原因分析

【摘要】 某公司生产的P110钢级套管批量探伤合格率偏低,对该产品生产过程以及缺陷的宏观、微观进行了分析。结果显,缺示陷为淬火裂纹,坯料中心C偏析和块状Si的夹杂物是导致产生淬火裂纹的原因。通过改进措施,有效的提高了剩余钢坯生产产品的成材率,并稳定了新生产的产品的成材率。

【Abstract】 Batches of P110 grade china casing produced by one corporation were in low pass percent of inspection.Product defect had beenanalyzed in macro and micro combining with production process.The result shows that the defect was quenching crack,which caused bysegregation of C and lumpish inclusion of Si in center of the billet.According improvement measure,the pass percent of product producedby residual billets had been effectively improved and the pass percent of product produced by new billets had been steadily improved.
