万向节星形套表面开裂缺陷分析
Failure analysis of cracks on universal joint surface
【摘要】 某厂生产的一批星形套在冷锻成型后出现大量表面裂纹。通过化学成分分析、断口分析、金相组织分析和显微硬度测试等方法对开裂原因进行了分析。结果显示,表面裂纹产生于冷锻过程,磨削加工中出现磨削烧伤使表层形成了马氏体组织导致了材料的开裂。
【Abstract】 Many cracks appeared on the surface of starlike sleeves in a factory.Chemical composition analysis,fracture observation,microstructure examination and micro hardness test were used to identify the reason.The results showed that the cracks formed during thecold forging progress,and grinding burning which formed martensite on the surface layer induced the cracking.
