长时运行后高温再热器T91钢管材性能评定
Performance evaluation on T91 steel of high temperature reheater after long-time service
【摘要】 河北兴泰发电有限责任公司9号炉运行累计114892.5 h,对仍在该部位运行的T91钢再热器管进行性能评定,根据其温度分布,重点对运行温度较高的高温再热器外一圈进行取样,采取化学分析、短时拉伸试验(常温、高温)、硬度试验、金相分析、碳化物结构分析、透射电镜检查等手段进行抽样检测分析。结果表明,抽检管样性能仍优于各标准要求,显微组织强化效果明显,因此允许在额定工况下继续安全运行。
【Abstract】 Performance evaluation on T91 steel of high temperature reheater of No.9 boiler in Xingtai Power Plant Co.Ltd.was carried out after operating 114892.5 hours.Based on distribution of temperature,especially outer tube first loop of the high temperature reheater were sampled and analyzed by chemistry analysis,tensile test(normal and high temperature),hardness test,metallographic analysis,carbide analysis,TEM and other methods.The results show that all properties of the tube sample meet and exceed the standard,the strengthening effects of microstructures are obvious.So it allowed to continue the operation safely under the rated condition.
