国外创新竞赛机制设计研究述评

【摘要】 对国外创新竞赛的研究文献进行了梳理,重点针对创新竞赛的设计要素和奖励机制两方面的研究进行了评述。提出如下未来的研究方向:良好评价机制的构建;竞赛者的参与意愿与竞赛效率的影响因素;网上创新竞赛欺诈行为的防范机制。

【Abstract】 This paper cards the research literature on foreign innovation contest in recent years.Then it reviews the design element and reward mechanism of innovation contest.Finally,it puts forward the following research directions:the construction of evaluation mechanism;the influencing factors of competitors′ willingness to participate in innovation contest and contest efficiency;the mechanism of preventing fraud behaviors in innovation contest based on network.
