人力资源管理专业案例教学时间的设置与有效利用

【摘要】 着重从授课对象与教师素质角度,分析如何设定必要和适度的人力资源管理专业案例教学时间,从案例选择、过程控制以及场景布置方面,探讨提高人力资源管理专业案例教学时间利用效率的途径与方法。

【Abstract】 from the perspective of the quality of teaching object and the teachers,the necessary and appropriate time set of case method in HRM has been analyzed.In terms of the case selection,process control and stage set,the means and ways to improve the time efficiency of case method in HRM has been probed into.
