一种易碎复合材料仿生结构的设计与试验
Design and experiment for bionic fragile composites case
【摘要】 从仿生学植物种子苞荚弹射传播机制角度出发,设计了一种仿生易碎复合材料结构,可在冲击力的作用下实现即刻碎裂工作机制要求。通过有限元仿真计算,确定了满足工作要求的强度极限,然后研制了实物并进行了试验验证。设计分析的结果与试验结果吻合。
【Abstract】 Bionic fragile composite structure was designed based on the ejection propagation mechanism of plant seeds.The fragile composite structure can regularly fracture under impact.The strength limit to satisfy working requirements was defined by finite element dynamic simulation.The structure model was then prepared by filament winding process and its performance was verified by experiments.The numerical results agree well with the experimental results.
