【摘要】 目的:探讨子宫角部妊娠超声误诊的原因。方法:回顾性分析超声检查误诊为其他疾病而经手术和病理确诊为子宫角部妊娠的患者13例,并对结果进行分析。结果:在13例超声误诊的病例中,误诊为子宫浆膜下肌瘤变性2例,误诊为输卵管间质部妊娠3例,不全纵隔子宫一侧子宫妊娠4例,滋养细胞疾病3例,炎性包块1例。结论:子宫角部妊娠因部位特殊,容易被误诊为其他疾病而延误病情,结合临床病史与超声图像特征分析可降低误诊率,提高超声诊断子宫角部妊娠的准确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the reasons of cornual pregnancy misdiagnosed as other diseases by ultrasound.Method There were 13 cases of cornual pregnancy misdiagnosed as other diseases by ultrasound and later confirmed by surgery and pathology.All the data were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among these 13 cases,2 cases were misdiagnosed as degeneration of the subserosal fibroids,one case as incomplete mediastinum uterus with one side of the intrauterine pregnancy,3 cases as interstitial pregnancy,3 cases as gestational trophoblastic disease and the rest one case as inflammatory package block.Conclusion It is easy to confuse the cornual pregnancy as other diseases for the unusual location of pregnancy.The combination of clinical information with sonographic characters improves the accuracy of diagnosis with ultrasound.更多还原
