【摘要】 指出了PVC-U的塑化性能不能用于评价其加工性能,论述了PVC-U熔体黏度与熔体强度的关系及熔体黏度的影响因素,分析了塑化转矩比平衡转矩更适合用于评价PVC-U加工性能的原因。

【Abstract】 It was indicated that the plasticizing property of PVC-U couldn’t be used to evaluate its processing property.Relationship between the melt viscosity of PVC-U with its melt strength was discussed as well as influencing factors on the melt strength.Reasons for that the plasticizing torque was more suitable for evaluating processing properties of PVC-U than balancing torque were analyzed.
