【摘要】 目的探讨中低位直肠癌伴便秘患者灌肠的有效方法。方法选择中低位直肠癌伴便秘患者164例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组86例和对照组78例。观察组采用改良双腔气囊导尿管灌肠法,对照组采用常规灌肠法,比较两组患者的不适程度、灌肠液保留时间及灌肠效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组不适反应减轻,灌肠液保留时间明显延长,灌肠效果显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论改良双腔气囊导尿管的应用是中低位直肠癌伴便秘患者灌肠的理想方法,效果显著,有临床推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore an ideal method of enema in patients with middle-low rectal cancer and constipation.Methods A total of 164 edema patients with middle-low rectal cancer and constipation were randomized into experimental group(n = 86) to undergo the improved double-cavity balloon catheter for enema and control group(n = 78) to undergo the conventional enema.Comparisons were conducted on the degree of upset,enema retention time and enema effect between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the degree of upset was alleviated and the enema retention time was significantly prolonged and enema effect was remarkable in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The improved double-cavity balloon catheter is an ideal method with significant effects to patients with middle-low rectal cancer and constipation,thus deserves further clinical application.更多还原
