【摘要】 本文从协会会议参会者的角度,研究影响会议城市选择的因素,并通过重要性——绩效分析方法(IPA)比较北京和上海作为会议城市的竞争力。本文指出,相对重要的因素依次是:"安全"、"可达性"、"通用语言"、"城市形象"、"接待和住宿设施"和"当地居民的友好程度"。北京在这6个因素上都表现良好,而上海则在除"通用语言"和"当地居民的友好程度"之外的其他4个因素上表现良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the perspective of association convention attendees,this article researches on the factors which influence the selection of convention destination and compares the competitiveness of Beijing and Shanghai as convention destination through the importance-performance analysis(IPA).This article points out that "safety","Accessibility","common language","destination image","facilities of hospitality and accommodation" and "friendliness of local resident" are comparatively important factors in sequence.Beijing has good performance on all these six factors and Shanghai also has good performance on the other four factors except for "common language" and "friendliness of local resident".更多还原
