【摘要】 目的了解并掌握深圳市肠道传染病的发生、流行特征及变化趋势,探讨防治对策。方法在国家疾病监测信息报告系统导出深圳市2008-2010年肠道传染病的数据,进行流行病学描述性分析。结果 2008-2010年深圳市肠道传染病共报告病例61 457例。伤寒、菌痢的发病高峰在夏秋季,其他感染性腹泻病的发病高峰在秋冬季。全市各区均有肠道传染病报告。伤寒以20岁～和30岁～组为主:菌痢和其他感染性腹泻病以0岁～组为主。肠道传染病发病数居前3位的人群依次是散居儿童、工人、幼托儿童。深圳市肠道传染病以散发为主,偶有暴发。结论肠道传染病在深圳市法定报告传染病中仍占有重要地位。今后应评估并完善肠道传染病报告制度,加强监测与控制工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of intestinal infectious diseases in Shenzhen from 2008 to 2010.Methods Descriptive epidemiologic method was used to analyze the data of intestinal infectious diseases from National Disease Surveillance System during 2008-2010. Results A total of 61457 intestinal infectious diseases were reported from 2008 to 2010.The peak seasons of typhoid and bacillary dysentery were summer and autumn.The peak seasons of other infectious diarrhea were autumn and winter.All the districts of Shenzhen had reported intestinal infectious diseases.The main patients with typhoid were youth at the age of 20 to 39 years;main patients with bacillary dysentery and other infectious diarrhea were children under 10 years old.The top three occupations of patients with infectious diarrhea were preschool children,worker and children in kindergarten and nursery.The main transmission mode of intestinal infectious diseases in Shenzhen was sporadic,while occasionally outbreak occurred.Conclusion Intestinal infectious diseases plays an important role in the infectious diseases of Shenzhen.We should evaluate and improve the intestinal infectious diseases report system,and strengthen surveillance and control work for intestinal infectious diseases.更多还原
