可焊高强Ni3Al基MX246AG合金研究
A Weldable and High-Strength Ni3Al Based MX246AG Alloy
【摘要】 Ni3Al基合金MX246A已成功应用于先进发动机上,但较差的焊接性限制了其进一步应用。通过对该合金中Hf、C元素的调整,获得了一种可焊高强的MX246AG合金,采用激光焊接获得了无焊接裂纹的焊缝并具有良好的焊接强度,而且其高温持久性能较之MX246A合金提高了18%左右。良好的焊接性和优异的高温力学性能使得MX246AG合金应用前景更加广阔。
【Abstract】 Ni3Al based MX246 A alloy has been used in advanced areo-engine, but it has low resistance to solidification cracking and hence difficult to weld. Through increasing the content of Hf and C elements in MX246 A, a new weldable and high-strength Ni3 Al based alloy named as MX246 AG had been studied. The modified alloy possessed good weldability and high-temperature mechanical properties. Crack-free laser welds were made and had good tensile properties. The high-temperature stress-rupture life of MX246 AG alloy was 1.18 times of that of MX246 A alloy. The good weldability and high-temperature mechanical properties made MX246 AG alloy can be used more widely.
