Ni3Al基合金网架结构轻量化技术
Ni3Al-Based Alloy Lattice Block Lightweight Technology
【摘要】 网架结构是近几年发展起来的一种新型轻量化技术,其结构强度和散热效果明显优于其它轻量化结构,由服役温度高的Ni3Al基合金制备而成网架结构部件可以很好地满足新型武器对所用部件减重和提高服役温度的迫切需求。本文针对大推比发动机尾喷口部件开展了Ni3Al基合金网架结构轻量化技术的研究,进行了部件结构设计和强度校核。结果表明,Ni3Al基合金网架结构可实现部件30%的减重,其功能和强度可满足服役要求,为Ni3Al基合金网架结构技术在大推比航空发动机上的应用提供了新的思路。
【Abstract】 The lattice block material is a new lightweight technology developed in recent years, which structural strength and heat transfer are better than other lightweight structures. Ni3Al-based alloy lattice block has both the outstanding high-temperature oxidation performance and high temperature mechanical properties. This article is in view of Ni3Al-based alloy lattice block, and the lattice block convergent afterburner flap is designed. The results show that the lattice block convergent afterburner flap is 30% weight loss than traditional structure, and its strength meet to the requirements. That provides an innovative design concept for the requirements of aerospace lightweight structures satisfying extreme working conditions.
