【摘要】 利用MTS热模拟压缩试验,测试了铸态GH4720Li合金经均匀化后在不同温度、应变速率、应变条件下的热变形行为。通过计算变形表观激活能和变形后的组织及外观观察,研究了合金的流变应力行为、再结晶规律以及热塑性特征。结果表明,合金在1130~1160℃变形时可以得到细小的再结晶组织,同时具有较好的热加工塑性。较低和较高的温度下变形都有可能造成开裂,同时晶粒组织无法得到控制。

【Abstract】 To study the hot deformation behavior of homogenization treated GH4720 Li ingot at different temperatures, strain rates and strains, hot-compression simulation tests were carried out using MTS.Activation energy calculation, appearance and microstructure observation were also promoted to investigate the flow stress behavior, recrystallization law and thermo-plasticity respectively. The results show that 1130 ℃ ~1160℃ is the most suitable forging temperature range, in which fine grains and accepted thermo-plasticity could be gained. Fracture and unpleasant microstructure may occur after forging at either below or above this temperature range.
