磷对GH4169Plus合金组织及性能影响机理的研究
The Research on the Mechanism of the Influence on Microstructure and Properties of Alloy GH4169Plus By Phosphorus
【摘要】 研究了P对GH4169Plus合金组织和性能的影响规律及影响机理。实验结果表明:与P对GH4169合金的影响规律类似,P对GH4169Plus合金的拉伸性能影响不大,但可以显著提高合金的持久寿命;而且实验发现P对合金中δ相的析出有一定抑制作用。考虑到P对合金的综合性能影响,建议将P在GH4169Plus中的含量控制在100×10-6左右。结合金相显微镜、扫描电镜就P对GH4169Plus合金组织和性能的影响机理进行了研究。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the influence on microstructure and properties of alloy GH4169 Plus by phosphorus is investigated. The results show that phosphorus has little effect on the strength and plasticity of alloy GH4169 Plus, which is the same as other Ni-Fe based alloys like alloy GH4169. But the creep rupture life enhances remarkably with increment of phosphorus content. It also shows that phosphorus can inhibit the precipitation of δ phase. Taking into account of the influence on the other properties of alloy GH4169 Plus, the content of phosphorus is suggested to maintain at about 100×10-6. The mechanism of mechanical properties evolution in the condition of different phosphorus content is investigated by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.
