【摘要】 GH2328合金是一种高硬度高耐蚀合金,用于"500?C以下和全天候条件下在某些腐蚀性介质中摩擦工作的零件"。介绍了GH2328合金热处理、组织特点和力学性能。通过热处理工艺调整可以满足零件不同硬度要求。合金组织由γ基体、条带状初生α相、新生α相、γ′相和Ti(C、N)相组成。GH2328合金具有优良综合性能,已经成功应用于某舰用燃气轮机燃油喷嘴等6种零件。

【Abstract】 Alloy GH2328 had recently been developed in China for the components with high hardness and good corrosion-resistance in naval gas turbine. In this paper, heat treatment, microstructure and mechanical properties of alloy GH2328 were investigated. Three heat-treatment technologies had been determined to satisfy the hardness needs of the different components. The results show that the microstructure can consists of basic γ phase, initial and secondary αphases, γ′ precipitates, and Ti(C、N) carbides. Alloy GH2328 exhibits good comprehensive mechanical properties, including tensile strength, hardness, impact toughness, and hot-exposure stability.
