【摘要】 目的分析HSP90在垂体腺瘤中的表达,探讨HSP90与垂体腺瘤侵袭性之间的关系,研究以HSP90的表达水平作为判断垂体腺瘤侵袭性和预后指标的可能性。方法取经手术切除且病理诊断为垂体腺瘤、具有完整内分泌资料的患者60例,根据Hardy-Wilson及Knosp分级、分期标准,结合病理活检判断其肿瘤侵袭性,将实验患者分作非侵袭性垂体腺瘤组和侵袭性垂体腺瘤组;用免疫组化方法分别检测每例肿瘤HSP90的表达水平。统计分析各组间及组内关于HSP90表达水平结果;检验两组之间差异的显著性采用χ2检验;等级资料相关性的统计方法采用两两之间Spearman等级相关分析。结果 60例患者中HSP90蛋白表达的阳性率为85%(51/60),PRL腺瘤和无功能腺瘤之间的HSP90蛋白表达阳性率在统计学上无显著性差异(P>0.05);HSP90蛋白表达水平与垂体腺瘤侵袭性之间的关系在统计学上存在正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论 HSP90的表达水平与垂体腺瘤侵袭性有关,其表达水平有可能作为判断垂体腺瘤侵袭性和预后的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the expression of HSP90 in pituitary adenoma and to assess the correlation between the invasiveness of the tumors and HSP90 which could be used as the marker to indicate invasiveness and prognosis.Methods Sixty specimens were collected after surgery resection from patients who were diagnosed through full endocrine preoperative evaluation.All tumors were graded and staged according to Hardy-Wilson,Knosp and Cotter JP classification,using magnetic resonance scanning.Immunohistochemical staining was adopted to semi-quantify the expression of HSP90.Results HSP90 was detected positively in 85%(51/60)pituitary adenoma specimens.There was no significant difference between the expression of HSP90 in prolactinoma(78.13%) and in null cell adenoma(91.40%)(P>0.05).But a positive correlation between the expression of HSP90 and the invasiveness of pituitary adenoma from Spearman rank correlation test(P<0.05).Conclusion There is positive correlation between expression of HSP90 and the invasiveness of pituitary adenoma.The expression of HSP90 may be taken as a marker to indicate invasiveness and prognosis.更多还原
