NEPE推进剂贮存寿命预估方法的比较

【摘要】 在密闭条件下,对两种NEPE推进剂(NA-1和NP-1)进行了不同温度(55、65、75、85、95℃)的加速老化。跟踪测定了质量损失、拉伸强度和有效安定剂含量。分别以质量损失和拉伸强度为变化参量,以质量损失1%所需时间(τ)作为安全贮存寿命的临界点,以拉伸强度下降至0.5 MPa所需时间(τ’)作为力学老化寿命的临界点,对不同温度(T)下的τ/τ’值分别用线性最小二乘法按Bethelot方程T=a+blgτ进行线性回归,获得两种推进剂于30℃下的贮存寿命的预估值。结果表明,NEPE推进剂力学老化寿命较其安全贮存寿命短很多,NP-1推进剂的贮存性能优于NA-1推进剂,力学老化寿命长4倍左右。

【Abstract】 The thermal accelerated aging for two types of NEPE propellants(NA-1,NP-1) was carried out at temperatures of 55,65,75,85,95℃.The tensile strength,mass loss and the effective stabilizer contents were tested.The time required as the tensile strength decreased to 0.5 MPa was defined as the end point of mechanical aging life,and the time required for 1% mass loss was defined as the end point of safe storage life.The values of the end point(τ) at various aging temperatures were fitted to Bethelot’s equation T=a + blgτ by regression analysis.The results showed that the mechanical aging life is shorter than the safe storage life for both NEPE propellants.The stability of NP-1 is better than NA-1,and the mechanical aging life of NP-1 is 4 times of NA-1.
