【摘要】 在当今激烈的市场竞争环境下,企业为了在市场立于不败之地,就必须降低成本,不断提高工作效率,提高产品质量,改进生产中存在的浪费和不足,改善工作环境。而企业管理水平的高低直接影响到产品成本的高低、产品质量的好坏,以及企业在市场的适应能力与竞争能力。文章针对株冶集团锌电解厂直流电单耗偏高、析出锌质量难以控制等实际情况,运用精益生产管理理论,提出了一套改进锌电解厂现有的生产和管理模式的精益生产方式。通过推行精益生产方式,可以降低直流电单耗,降低生产成本,提高产品质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 In today’s fierce market competition environment,to remain invincible place in the market,the enterprises must reduce cost and waste,and improve work efficiency,quality of product,the inadequacy,and work environment.Meanwhile,the level of business management affects the cost and quality of product,and the enterprises’ adaption and competition ability in the market directly.Aiming at the practical situation of the excessive level of the unit consumption of direct current,and the uncontrollability of the quality of exhalation zinc in the Zinc Electrolysis Factory of Zhuzhou Smelter Group,utilizing the theory of lean production management,this paper puts forward a set of lean production mode to improve the current mode of production and management in the Zinc Electrolysis Factory.By adopting the lean production mode,to reduce the unit consumption of direct current,and the production cost of product,and to improve the quality of product can be realized.更多还原
