【摘要】 "山寨经济"作为一种畸形的经济模式,广泛地存在于我国当前的经济生活之中。它的兴起在很大程度上反映了市场准入困难、资金短缺仍然是制约我国民营中小企业发展的瓶颈因素。"山寨经济"的勃兴虽然干扰了正常的市场竞争秩序,但是它也有效地缓解了我国日益沉重的就业压力,填补了较低层次的消费空白。因此,这种经济现象不能被简单地否定,而应该从制度、法律、融资环境等方面着手,尽快解除民营中小企业的发展障碍,将"山寨经济"引导到正常的发展轨道上来,最大限度地挖掘其造福社会经济发展的潜力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The "Shanzhai economy" as an abnormal economic model exists widely in our economic life.Its rise largely reflects that the market access difficulties and shortage of funds are still the bottleneck in the development of private small and medium enterprises.The prosperity of "Shanzhai economy" interferes with the normal order of market competition,but also effectively alleviates the increasingly heavy pressure on employment in China,to fill the gaps in the lower level of consumption.Therefore,we cannot simply be dismissed for this economic phenomenon.But we should improve institutional,legal,financing conditions and lift barriers to private development of SMEs as soon as possible.In the end,the "Shanzhai economy" will be directed to the track of normal development,to provide better service for our country’s economic development.更多还原
