融雪除冰用钢纤维石墨导电混凝土电热及温敏性能研究
Electric-thermal and thermo-sensitive performances research of conductive concrete containing steel fiber and graphite used in melting snow
【摘要】 制备了使用于融雪除冰的钢纤维石墨导电混凝土,钢纤维掺量为3.5%。进行了不同交流电压下导电混凝土升温试验,通过在混凝土表面布设12个温度传感器观察升温过程的温度场。试验结果表明,该配合比混凝土发热均匀,不存在局部过热现象。计算不同电压下的混凝土升温能耗,探讨该混凝土最小能耗电压。通过检测混凝土升温过程中电流变化,给出混凝土温度与电流之间的拟合关系,结果表明两者之间基本呈二次抛物线关系。
【Abstract】 A conductive concrete containing 3.5% steel fiber was prepared,and 12 K-type temperature transmitter was arranged on the surface of the concrete.Through ohmic heating,it was found that the concrete is homogenous in heating.The consumption of the heating at different voltages was calculated and the minimum of the consumption was discussed.The current variation during the heating process was observed and the relationship between temperature and current was fitted with a exponential formula.
