【摘要】 目的:探讨循证护理在胰岛素泵使用中的应用效果。方法:文献检索护理证据,进行证据评价,制定循证护理措施。将住院糖尿病患者160例随机分为对照组和实验组各80例,对照组进行常规护理,实验组按循证护理措施护理,比较两组患者出院时的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、患者满意率、患者生存质量特异性量表分数以及胰岛素泵的故障发生率。结果:两组患者出院时空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白无统计学差异(P>0.05),实验组患者满意率、生存质量特异性量表分数高于对照组(P<0.05),胰岛素泵故障发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理可以提高糖尿病患者使用胰岛素泵的安全性,减少故障率,提高患者满意率,有利于患者的治疗和康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the practice effect of the evidence-based nursing on insulin pump in diabetes patients.Methods:Collecting the evidence from the literatures,evaluating the evidence,formulate the measures based the evidence.The diabetes patients be hospitalized were divided into the experiment group(n=80) and control group(n=80) randomly.The expermentl group received the measures based on the evidence,the control group received the routing measures.Two groups were tested the fast plasma glucose,two hours plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin Alc.Results:There were no difference between the two groups about the fast plasma glucose,two hours plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin Alc,when leaving hospital(P>0.05).There were significante difference between two groups about the patients’satisfaction,DQOL when leaving hospital in experimental group were higher than in control group(P<0.05),the malfunction of insulin pump in experimental group was lower than in control group(P<0.05).Conculsion:The evidence-based nursing can increase the security in using the insulin-pump by diabetes patients,decrease the malfunction,increase the patients’ satisfaction,it is helpful to treatment and rehabilitation for the diabetes patients.更多还原
