【Abstract】 In the age of new media,the new form of communication has brought changes to news report,and also produces new features for the relationship between media and justice.Once a case has been reported by the network media,the public may pay more attention to the courts,which would make the latter face more pressure and challenges.However,there is no fundamental conflict between the judiciary and the media in the current situation in our country,they are two forces that can safeguard and protect the human rights in modern society,so it is a best strategy to establish a mutually benign relationship for them.Under the premise of the legal norms,the judiciary and the media have to be bound by their professional ethics.Media reports must be objective and neutral while the judiciary must be self-restraint.更多还原
