【摘要】 目的:评价不同浓度的左旋布比卡因配伍芬太尼用于盆腔手术后患者,观察手术后硬膜外镇痛评分、运动神经阻滞、及恶心、呕吐发生率的情况。方法:择期下腹部手术患者硬膜外麻醉完善者90例,双盲法随机分成三组,行术后连续硬膜外镇痛,A组为0.1%左旋布比卡因配伍芬太尼0.004 mg/kg;B组为0.15%左旋布比卡因配伍芬太尼0.004 mg/kg;C组为0.2%左旋布比卡因配伍芬太尼0.004 mg/kg分别于6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h观察及记录VAS评分及恶心、呕吐评分,评定运动阻滞情况;结果:A组患者较C、B组VAS评分高(P<0.01),C组患者较B、A组恶心、呕吐评分低(P<0.01)。结论:0.15%左旋布比卡因配伍芬太尼0.004 mg/kg用于盆腔手术后镇痛效果满意,对运动神经阻滞影响小,恶心、呕吐发生率少,适合下腹部术后镇痛用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effects of postoperative fentanyl combined with different concentrations of levobubivacaine after pelvic operation.Methods:Ninty patients of brachial plexus nerves block perfectly in operating time,the patients of continuously post-operative analgesia brachial plexus nerves block were randomly divided into three Groups.Group A received postoperative analgesia with 0.004mg/kg fantanyl combined with 0.1% levobubivacaine for 50 hours;Group B received postoperative analgesia with 0.004mg/kg fentanyl combined with 0.15% levobubivacaine;Groups C received postoperative analgesia wih 0.004mg/kg fantanyl combined with 0.2% levobubivacaine.the visual analogue pain scores VAS and Bromage scale were record at 6h,12h,24h and 48h after pelvic operation.Results:VAS scores was the highest in group A.Bromage scale was the lowest in group C.Conclusions:0.004mg/kg fantanyl and 0.15% levobivacaine after upper limbs operation combined and it is good to take exercise early for function.更多还原
