【摘要】 近年来,跨国公司在我国的投资势头强劲,且表现出了新的特征。本文通过对2005年到2010年在华跨国公司投资状况数据的统计分析,对跨国公司在华投资规模、投资母国分布、在我国的地域选择、行业选择及投资方式5个方面进行了研究,得出了近5年跨国公司在华投资的变化趋势。本文的研究结果表明,引起这些变化的主要原因分别是中西部地区的成本优势、产业结构转型和亚非拉对外投资的高速增长。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the investment of transnational corporations in China is booming with new characteristics.Based on the analysis of the data from 2005 to 2010,the paper studies investment scale,investment location,the choice of investment industry and the mode of investment of transnational corporations.Then it shows that the causes of the changing trends lie in the cost advantage of the middle and western areas of China,the transition of industries and the rapid increase of investment from Asia,Africa and Latin America regions.更多还原
