【摘要】 目的探讨分析临床上男性患者留置气囊尿管失败的原因和合理解决办法。方法回顾性分析2005年~2009年210例第一次气囊尿管导尿失败的男性患者的临床资料,总结失败的原因和解决办法。结果经详细分析原因并采取相应的措施后再次导尿,201例成功,9例失败并行膀胱穿刺造瘘术。结论男性导尿失败的常见原因有:(1)患者不配合或精神心理准备不足;(2)医生操作技术不熟练;(3)导尿管型号选择不当;(4)尿管不够润滑;(5)尿道相关疾病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze male patients’ clinical failure of indwelling balloon catheter and find reasonable solution.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data of 210 cases of male patients from 2005 to 2009 who failed the innitial balloon catheter catheterization.The reasons were summarize and solutions were searched for.Results After detailed analysis and appropriate measures,the catheterization was conducted again,in which 201 cases were successful.For 9 cases who failed,concurrent bladder puncture fistulization was performed.Conclusion The common causes of the failure of male catheterization were as follows: 1,The patients’ reluctance in their cooperation and the lack of psychological preparation;2,The doctors’ inefficiency in their operation;3,Improper choice of catheter type;4,Lack of lubrication in Foley catheter;5,Other urinary tract-related diseases.更多还原
