【摘要】 《劳动合同法》实施以来,不少人对无固定期限劳动合同存在诸多认识误区。从无固定期限劳动合同基本制度出发,解析了其订立和解除条件,针对存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。

【Abstract】 Since the implementation of Labor Contract Law,many people have the misunderstanding on open-ended labor contract.From the basic system of open-ended labor contract,analyzing its formation and release,aiming at the existing problems,this paper puts forward some related countermeasures.
