活性污泥的电化学漂白条件的响应面优化
Optimization of electrochemical bleaching of activated sludge using response surface methodology
【摘要】 采用单因素实验及响应面分析法(response surface methodology.简称RSM)对影响污泥电化学漂白的3个因素进行优化。单因素试验表明:氯化钠浓度、电流及处理时间对污泥白度均有影响。在单因素实验基础上,以干燥样品的白度为响应指标,利用响应面分析法建立二次模型,确定污泥电化学漂白过程的最优操作条件:氧化钠浓度2.45%、电流7.45 A、3.42 h,实际样品的白度为39.84。本研究为活性污泥的资源化提供一种新思路。
【Abstract】 Single factors experiment and Response Surface Methodology(RSM) were applied to optimize 3 factors for the electrochemical bleaching of activated sludge.The single factor experiment indicated that the sludge whiteness was effected by the condition of NaCl concentration,electric current and process-time.Based on the single factors experiment,and considering the dried sample whiteness as the response index,a quadratic model was established by the response surface analytical method,At the process of the electrochemical bleaching of activated sludge,i e NaCl concentration 2.45%,electric current 7.45 A,process-time 3.42 h,the sludge whiteness 39.84.This study for the utilization of activated sludge provides a new way of thinking.
