三聚氰胺甲醛树脂微粒的制备与表征
Preparation and characterization of melamine formaldehyde resin particles
【摘要】 以多聚甲醛与三聚氰胺在碱性条件下发生羟甲基反应生成预聚体;在体系中加入超细氢氧化镁,以冰乙酸调节体系pH值为5,预聚体在该条件下发生缩聚反应,生成三聚氰胺甲醛树脂微粒。对该微粒进行红外光谱分析、热重分析与粒径分析,结果表明:最大失重温度为431℃,微粒物的平均粒径为24.37μm。
【Abstract】 In weak alkali conditions,melamine reacted with paraformaldehyde by hydroxymethylation reaction to obtain melamine-formaldehyde prepolymer;adding a certain mount magnesium hydroxide particles and then adjusting the pH of system to 5 with acetic acid,through condensation reaction,the prepolymer formed melamine-formaldehyde resin particles(MF particles).The MF particles’ Chemical structure,thermal properties and size distribution were investigated by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),thermo gravimetric analysis (TG) and laser particle size analyzer,respectively.The results indicated that maximum weight loss temperature was about 431℃and mean size was 24.37μm.
