阻容耦合式前置放大器前沿定时误差分析
The Leading Edge Timing Error Analysis of R-C Coupling Preamplifier
【摘要】 在核信号时间分析中,前沿定时误差分析是常用的方法。针对阻容耦合式前置放大器输出信号前沿是非线性的特点,通过泰勒级数对阻容耦合前置放大器输出信号近似,推导出其前沿定时误差分析公式,从公式可以得到影响前沿定时误差分析的不同参数及其定量关系,确定最佳信号与预值比和时间常数的关系。
【Abstract】 In the nuclear signal time analysis,it is a common method of using the leading edge timing error analysis.Based on the characters of the nonlinear leading edge of R-C preamplifier,using the Taylor’s series,The R-C coupling output of signal is approximate expressed.And the the leading edge timing error analysis formula of the R-C preamplifier is deduced.From the formula,it is easy to understand the relevant parameters and the relationship of the variables.And the relationship between the time constant and the rate of the optimum signal and the advance value is assured.
