垂直轴水轮机耦合数值模拟研究

【摘要】 垂直轴水轮机由于自身结构决定,轮机转动一周过程中转速是不稳定的,为了研究转速波动对垂直轴水轮机性能的影响,采用耦合式方法对其进行数值模拟研究.采用一试验模型作为计算算例,对比叶轮角速度的计算结果和试验测量结果,计算结果和试验结果吻合较好.在此基础上并研究了转动惯量对水轮机转速波动的影响,研究发现:转动惯量较大时,采用非耦合方法与采用耦合方法计算结果相差不大;转动惯量越小,水轮机转速波动越大,越不利于轮机吸收能量.

【Abstract】 The rotating speed of vertical-axis turbine is non-uniform during one cycle because of its structure.Coupled numerical simulation method was adopted to study the effect of rotating speed variation on performance of vertical axis tidal turbine.This paper taked a test model as an example,compared the calculated results of turbine’s angular velocity with experimental measurement results,and found that the calculated results and experimental results agree well.On the basis,the effect of the moment of inertia on rotating speed variation was also researched.The study suggests that when the moment of inertia is larger,the non-coupled method’s results and the coupled method’s results are closer;and when the moment of inertia is smaller,the rotating speed variation of turbine becomes larger,and it makes against turbine absorb more energy.
