乙烯聚合新工艺及产品特性

【摘要】 采用间歇聚合试验装置模拟了乙烯聚合新工艺(淤浆均聚合—离心分离—气相共聚合)的流程。考察了新工艺的可行性,研究了新工艺的技术特点及产品特性,并将采用新工艺制备的试样与工业生产PE80及PE100级双峰分布聚乙烯进行比较。结果表明:第一段淤浆聚合后脱除溶剂不影响第二段的气相共聚合活性,该工艺是可行的;通过模拟不同的工艺表明,新工艺通过调节淤浆均聚合段的氢气/乙烯分压比可以生产出低聚物含量较低、共聚单体含量较高的双峰或宽峰相对分子质量分布的聚乙烯;采用新工艺制备的间歇模试产品性能可达到或优于国内工业生产PE80及PE100级双峰分布聚乙烯的性能。

【Abstract】 A new ethylene polymerization process(slurry homopolymerization-centrifugation separation-gas phase copolymerization) was simulated in a batch polymerization equipment.The feasibility of the new process was discussed;the technical characteristics of the new process and the properties of the products were studied.The sample prepared with the new process was compared with the commercial bimodal polyethylene products,PE80 and PE100.The results show that the removal of solvent after slurry homopolymerization does not affect the activity of gas phase copolymerization;the new process is confirmed to be feasible.The simulation of different processes indicates that the polyethylene with broad modal or bimodal relative molecular mass distribution,which contains low oligomer content and high comonomer content,can be synthesized with the new process through the adjustment of the hydrogen/ethylene partial pressure ratio of slurry homopolymerization.The product prepared in the model experiment with the new process has properties which are comparable or superior to those of commercial bimodal polyethylene PE80 and PE100.
