【摘要】 目的观察舒心汤治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效。方法将120例广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为2组。治疗组60例治以舒心汤,对照组60例予黛力新治疗,2组均21 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效及采用Hamilton焦虑量表(HAMA)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果治疗组总有效率98.33%,对照组总有效率86.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后HAMA、SAS评分较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒心汤煎剂治疗广泛性焦虑症安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Shuxin decoction on the treatment of anxiety.Methods 120 cases of anxiety were randomly divided into control group,which was treated by Deanxit,and treatment group,which was treated by Shuxin decoction.The course was 21 days in two groups.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by HAMA score and SAS score after two courses.Results The total effective rate in treatment group(98.33%) was higher than that in control group(86.67%,P<0.05).The score of HAMA and SAS after treatment was significantly improved as compared with that before treatment in treatment group(P<0.05).The improvement in treatment group was superior to that in control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuxin decoction was safe and effective for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.更多还原
